Please read these terms carefully before using our website or services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the website adi-doors.com (the "Website") and to the products and services offered by ADI Architectural Door Inc. ("ADI," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 401 Broadway #1504, New York, NY 10013. By using the Website, submitting an inquiry, or ordering from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.
Most of our work is quoted and performed under a written proposal, purchase order, or contract for a specific project. If any signed project document conflicts with these Terms, the signed document controls for that project. These Terms fill in anything the project documents do not address.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Changes apply from that date forward and do not change the terms of an order we have already accepted.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website or order from us. If you act on behalf of a company, contractor, owner, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
ADI supplies and installs commercial doors and frames, door hardware, access control systems, security and CCTV systems, and automatic door operators. We also provide estimating, budgeting, and project coordination for architectural door packages.
Products are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty, which we will pass through to you and help you claim. Any warranty on our installation workmanship applies only if it is stated in your written contract, and it does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, lack of maintenance, alterations by others, or normal wear.
Except for the warranties described above, the Website, products, and services are provided "as is," and ADI disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, ADI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, delay damages, or loss of use, arising from the Website, our products, or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order or project will not exceed the amount you paid ADI for that order or project.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADI and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, from inaccurate information or drawings you provide, or from your misuse of the Website.
You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, submit false or misleading information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its hosting, upload malicious code, or use automated tools to collect content from the Website.
When you submit our contact form or email us, we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and to discuss your project. We will not send you marketing text messages unless you separately agree to receive them. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Information you submit through our careers page must be truthful and complete. Submitting an application does not create an offer or a contract of employment. Employment with ADI is at-will unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
The Website is hosted by GitHub Pages, and form submissions are delivered by FormSubmit. The Website may also link to manufacturer and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including manufacturer or supply chain delays, carrier delays, labor disputes, severe weather, utility outages, government orders, or public health emergencies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first try to resolve it through good-faith discussion. If it cannot be resolved that way, it must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
